A retractable sunblind comprising a web of flexible material is stored on a roller when retracted, and supported when extended by transverse ribs. The ends of the ribs are received in guide tracks (22) on either side of the web. Each guide track has a transitional portion (28) at an inlet end near the roller, in which upper and lower guide track surfaces (22A, 22B) converge to guide the rib ends into a main portion (26), where the rib ends are a close sliding fit between surfaces (22A, 22B). To reduce rattling between the rib ends and surfaces (22A, 22B) when a rib is located in portion (28), at least one of surfaces (22A, 22B) has a region (44) in which the surface is recessed (46) to reduce the surface area contacting the rib ends. |
