<p>The system has a steel cylinder (E) and a steel or carbon disk (1) that are rotated in a direction opposite to one another on a common rotational axis by gears (A-D). The gears and their rotational axes are enclosed in a metal frame. An actuator is fixed around a rotational axis of the cylinder, and pushes the cylinder to contact the disk by pressure for assuring braking of a motor vehicle, when a driver presses a braking pedal.</p>
