An apparatus for processing weld beads and a transporter for transferring the same are provided to improve quality of a pipe and to reduce the manufacturing cost for the pipe by rapidly and completely removing the weld beads formed in the pipe. An apparatus for processing weld beads comprises a body(1), in which a motor(3) is installed, and a cutter wheel(2) installed at a rear potion of the body to remove the weld beads. The cutter wheel is installed on a motor shaft of the motor. A weld bead guide groove(10) is formed at a lower portion of the body. Rollers(4) are installed at both sides of an upper portion of the body to support the body. Traction rings(6) are provided at front and rear portions of the body so that a transporter is coupled to the body.
