Labelling device with conveyor belt

The labeler (100) has a label transfer unit (103) including a label conveyor belt (9) for applying a label (7) to a package (10) or a product. The label conveyor belt includes an adhesive force to take up labels with non-adhesive upper surface of the labels on a surface of the label conveyor belt and convey the labels, where the adhesive force is based on van der Waals forces and electrostatic forces between the label and the label conveyor belt. The label conveyor belt is provided for taking up a row of labels. The conveyor belt synchronously transfers a row of labels to a package group (4).
