The circuit (1) has a useful signal processing unit (14) arranged in a signal path (10), and an input (7) supplied with useful signals of external sources (20). An alternating current (AC) generator (2) generates an AC signal in an infrasound region. A switch (4) i.e. electronic switch, activates the AC signal of the generator on the input. An evaluation circuit (8) i.e. processor, detects the AC signal of the generator or the useful signals of the external sources at the input. A high-pass filter (11) is connected upstream to the useful signal processing unit for filtering the AC signal. An independent claim is also included for a method for audio-input-alternating current (AC)-diagnosis for an electronic circuit of an electronic device. |
