<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload of a delivery trader and to achieve reliable delivery of a parcel to a resident. <P>SOLUTION: A lifting car 11 is driven up and down placing a parcel 8 addressed to a section user 6 using a section utilization space 5. An unlocking means 12 is provided at a common vestibule 2 to release a door lock of a lifting car based on predetermined authentication processing between the specific section user 6 and a visitor 7 who delivers the parcel. A call registration means 13 registers a call to a floor 4 where the section utilization space 5 of the specific section user 6 exists, as an object floor interlocked with the door lock release of the unlocking means 12. A parcel placement detecting means 14 is installed in the lifting car and detects that the parcel 8 is placed in the lifting car. When the placement of the parcel 8 in the lifting car 11 is detected by the parcel placement detecting means 14, a control means 15 closes a door 16 of the lifting car and controls door lock and lifting operation of the lifting car up to the floor 4 call-registered by a call registration means 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
