PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow one semiconductor device to simultaneously capture a plurality of data even when a delay amount of the plurality of data output by the other semiconductor device is considerably different. SOLUTION: In response to a setting of a delay amount with respect to data A, B and C output by the semiconductor device 1, the data A, B and C are delayed for the delay amount, and delays of the data A, B and C to be captured by a semiconductor device 2 are made even. Thus, even when the delay amounts of the data A, B and C output by the semiconductor device 1 are considerably different, design of a control signal for instructing capturing timing of the data A, B and C with respect to the semiconductor device 2 is facilitated.
