<p>The furniture has a seat part (1) provided at a base part (100), and an extension section (2) transferable from a stowage position underneath the seat part into an extension position adjacent to the seat part. The extension section is coupled with a carrier (9) via connecting rods (8, 11), where the carrier is coupled with the base part and the rods are connected with one another in an articulated manner. A blocking element i.e. stop (12), limits pivoting movement of one of the rods toward the seat part. A third connecting rod (7) is hinged at the extension section and the carrier.</p> |
