The present invention discloses a stock data forecasting device capable of maximizing the capital growth rate and settling down the maximum allowable loss. The stock data forecasting device, given in the present invention, includes an abnormal stock sign detecting unit which analyzes the stock trend based on the user configuration-based trend data and the partially user configuration-based trend data to detect abnormal stock signs; an optimum investment rate calculating unit which calculates the optimum investment rate based on the Kelly criterion variable by the real-time stock fluctuation status from the abnormal stock sign detecting unit; an optimum settling strategy calculating unit which calculates the optimum settling strategy based on the Kelly criterion and provides the result; and an execution result management unit which determines whether the stock fluctuation forecast data and the actual stock data are in accordance based on the results from the optimum investment rate calculating unit and the optimum settling strategy calculating unit, requests reconfiguration of the user configuration-based trend data, and registers and manages the execution results if any determination error does not occur. By doing so, the present invention is capable of detecting abnormal stock signs, maximizing the capital growth rate based on the Kelly formula, minimizing the possibility of insolvency, and presenting an optimum capital management strategy.
