摘要 The present invention relates to an unbonded PSC I-beam equipped with a tendon fixing/mounting part in concrete, and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are a PSC I-beam and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein one end of a tendon is mounted at a fixing/mounting part prepared in concrete and the other end of the tendon is fixed at a tensioning/mounting part installed at the end of the PSC I-beam, and then the tendon is tensioned at the tensioning/mounting part so that tension is applied to the beam and compressive stress is evenly distributed through the entire beam, and therefore structural stability is improved. The PSC I-beam according to the present invention can solve various problems generated when using a conventional bonded tendon by using an unbonded tendon, and even for a bridge PSC I-beam having a relatively long span length, can evenly distribute a tensile force through the entire length, thereby capable of improving structural stability and reducing manufacturing costs of the PSC I-beam by decreasing designed compressive strength.
