<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication base station device for improving the transmission efficiency of data. <P>SOLUTION: This radio communication base station device 2 permits the use of first and second radio communication systems whose frequency band widths are different, and instructs a radio communication terminal 3 to shift from the first radio communication system to the second radio communication system. It is provided with: a shift instruction transmitting part 36 for generating a shift instruction from the first radio communication system to the second radio communication system, and for transmitting the shift instruction to the radio communication terminal 3; and a shift failure terminal detection part 33 for detecting the radio communication terminal 3 which has failed in the shift from the first radio communication system to the second communication system after the shift instruction is transmitted, and for instructing the shift instruction transmitting part 36 to retransmit the shift instruction to the pertinent radio communication terminal 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
