<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear face protection sheet for a solar cell module which is compatible with a severe natural environment over a long period of time and excels in many characteristics such as a thermal resistance, a weathering ability, a hydrolysis-proof nature, a damp proof nature, a light weight nature or the like, and remarkably raises a gas barrier nature preventing intrusions of steam (moisture) and oxygen or the like, and has a durability capable of maintaining a gas barrier performance under environments of an elevated temperature and a high humidity and a power output property as a solar cell, and is cheap, and to provide the solar cell module using the rear face protection sheet. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a gas barrier nature film having a vapor deposition layer consisting of an inorganic compound in at least one side of a film base material with the weathering ability and the hydrolysis-proof nature; and a film base material which is arranged in the gas barrier nature film and has the thermal resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
