The present invention comprises: multiple wave measurement antennas; multiple direction finding antennas; a channel selection part which selects target signals used for signal processing among IF signals or an RF signal received from the wave measurement antenna and the direction finding antenna; a first switch matrix which selects one of the wave measurement antenna and the direction finding antenna according to an execution function and selects one of a coherent function and an incoherent function of the target signals inputted into a multi-channel from the channel selection part according to a measurement mode; multiple local oscillators which supply standard frequency for signal processing according to a reception signal sensed in the wave measurement antenna or the direction finding antenna; a second switch matrix which selects the target signals inputted into the multi-channel with the incoherent function using the local oscillators separately by the channel or selects the target signals with the coherent function which divides and uses one local oscillator; a signal processing part which signal-processes the target signal using the standard frequency inputted from the local oscillator; and an information providing part which provides wave measurement information and direction finding information for the signal outputted from the signal processing part according to the execution function and the measurement mode.
