PURPOSE: A vacuum hole structure and a vacuum insulator with the same are provided to prevent the deterioration in reliability caused by the non-uniformity of a heat sink layer and a test layer as the vacuum hole included inside the vacuum hole structure coincides with an inner vacuum degree of the vacuum insulator. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum hole structure(20) comprises a vacuum hole(22). The vacuum hole coincides with an inner vacuum degree of a vacuum insulator(10). The vacuum hole is formed into a circular shape. The vacuum hole structure is formed into a cylindrical shape. The vacuum hole structure is mounted in one side of a core(12) of the vacuum insulator. The vacuum hole structure is an aluminum tube.
