A blade maintenance platform for a wind turbine. A blade maintenance platform for a wind turbine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a support frame which is supported by a plurality of cables and elevates along a tower of a wind turbine; a work rail for extending or contracting the length of a plurality of rail members which are extended toward both sides of blade of the wind turbine from the both sides of the support frame and are connected in a telescopic shape, and having a moving path of a maintenance and management apparatus which performs maintenance and management of the blade; and an operating apparatus which changes the length by operating the work rail.
