<p>A blind operating device in which rotation in both directions applied from an operation section is transmitted to a drive shaft of a blind. The diameter of the wire of a clutch spring is reduced without causing breakage of the spring and, as a result, an operation load is reduced. The operation device has an input shaft (30) into which rotation of a pulley (20) is inputted and also has a rotation shaft (32) coaxial with the input shaft (30) and capable of transmitting rotation to the drive shaft. The clutch spring (34) is wrapped around both a stationary spring-wrapping shaft (14b) of a case (14) and a rotational spring-wrapping shaft (32c) of the rotation shaft (32). The connection and disconnection between the rotation shaft (32) and the case (14) can be switched between each other by utilizing tightening and loosening of the clutch spring (34). One end of the clutch spring (34) is connected to the rotation shaft (32). When rotation in one direction is inputted in the input shaft (30), out of the entire portion of the clutch spring (34) wrapped around the stationary spring-wrapping shaft (14b), that portion of the clutch spring (34) which is on the rotational spring-wrapping shaft (32c) side loosens first. As a result, the rotation shaft (32) becomes rotatable together with the input shaft (30).</p> |
