The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a window panel for touch-type mobile phones, which substitutes a thin metal plate for a black portion forming the edge of a window panel, thereby enabling the entire window panel to have the look of luxurious jewelry, improving overall elegance, and increasing the robustness of the window panel itself. The method comprises the following steps: a transparent panel preparation step for preparing a transparent panel which has the same size as the window panel for touch-type mobile phones, and where a speaker hole is formed at the upper part and a home button hole is formed at the lower part; a thin metal plate formation step for forming a thin metal plate with a thickness of 0.02-0.06 mm by machine-processing a chunk of metal; a processed thin metal plate formation step for forming a punch-processed thin metal plate by punch-processing the thin metal plate to correspond to the edge of the window panel except a transparent part corresponding to the display window of the mobile phone, and forming holes, which correspond to the speaker, proximity sensor, camera, home button, menu button, and cancel button of the mobile phone, on the processed plate; and a processed plate attachment step for attaching the processed plate to the top surface or bottom surface of the transparent panel by using an adhesive.
