A marine tower docking facility and a marine tower including the same are disclosed. The marine tower docking facility according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bridge connected to the marine tower used as a moving path to guide a vessel to the marine tower; a pier unit connected to the bridge and fixing the vessel; and a moving device for moving the bridge and the pier unit between a docking position and a storage position.
