The present invention relates to a backlight device assembly structure using a guide block which is capable of removing configuration and process for the fixation of a separate optical sheet by fixing the optical sheet with the guide block for fixing a light guide plate. The assembly structure of a backlight device comprises a cover bottom on which a light guide plate and an optical sheet are arranged. The assembly structure comprises a guide block including: a support portion on which a light guide plate is mounted; a fastening protrusion protruding from the outside of the support portion so as to be fixed to a cover bottom; and a sheet holding portion provided in the upper side of the support portion into which an optical sheet is inserted.
