<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation in the advancing direction by making the positions of fine uniform projections and recesses formed on the surface of a bullet have a fixed positional relationship to a bore, thereby making uniform the rotational conditions of all bullets to be discharged. <P>SOLUTION: This air soft gun device includes: the bullet B; and an air soft gun G having a barrel 10 where the bore 11 for passing the bullet B is formed and a rotation applying mechanism for applying upward rotation to the bullet B taking the rotation axis 1 in the width direction H orthogonal to the central axis 12 direction as the center of rotation, wherein the bullet B is such a rotor that the cross section orthogonal to the rotation axis 1 of the bullet B is circular, and also the bullet is formed in any shape other than a sphere so that the right and left along the rotation axis 1 are symmetrical.
