摘要 The present invention relates to a method for mass producing 4-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, and ferulic acid through an artificial metabolism pathway in a strain producing high tyrosine. Specifically, a strain which produces high tyrosine, which is a precursor of 4-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, and ferulic acid, is prepared and a transformed strain is prepared by introducing gene cassette, which includes each gene which participates in biosyntehsis of 4-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, and ferulic acid, to the strain. When culturing the transformed strain, 4-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, and ferulic acid are produced with high yield so that the production method of the present invention can be used in mass production of 4-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, and ferulic acid.
