An electroluminescent device includes a substrate, a first electrode as a transparent electrode, an organic layer including an organic light emitting layer, a second electrode. The optical layer includes a first type particle of 0.5μm and a binder component. The refractive index of the binder component is greater than that of the organic light emitting layer. The organic layer include at least one band gap composition layer. The band gap composition layer includes a composition of 1.3-5 eV. The layer thickness is 0.5-10 nm. |
