<p>The invention relates to a process for biochemical neutralization of distillery waste.The process, according to the invention, includes the preliminary neutralization of distillery waste by mixing with an alkaline reagent and subsequent anaerobic fermentation with the production of biogas, at the same time as alkaline reagent for neutralization of hot distillery waste with the temperature of 70…85°C up to pH=6…7 is used limestone flour, as natural limestone cutting waste, in a quantity of 5…20 kg (recalculated to CaO) per 1 m3 of distillery waste. The process of its mixing with the distillery waste is carried out in cavitation mode, followed by separation of suspended solids by settling and/or centrifugation.
