<p>Provided are a soft black plate including excellent strain aging resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. The soft black plate includes 0.0012-0.004 weight% of C, 0.03-0.08 weight% of Al: 0.62-1.0 weight% of Mn, 0.002-0.006 weight% of N, 0.005-0.015 weight% of V, 0.01-0.03 weight% of P, 0.001-0.02 weight% of S, 0.0005-0.02 weight% of B, and the rest of Fe and unavoidable impurities. A tissue is a ferrite haploid phase on an equal axis of which a fine grain rate is 10-30μm and includes V(C,N) carbide and Fe3C carbide.</p> |
