<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite interlayer for laminated glass, in which polyurethane is used as a part of a constitution thereof and which has high penetration resistance and is of low cost and suitable for a windshield of a car or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The composite interlayer includes a layer of plasticized polyvinyl butyral sandwiched between second and third polymeric layers.
