A supply control method of a developer in an image forming apparatus is provided to prevent image quality from being deteriorated by compensating a lacking amount of the developer. A supply control method of a developer in an image forming apparatus includes: receiving image data(S10); counting the dot number of the received image data per paper(S11); making a supply plan of the developer based on counted information(S12); supplying a developer, which is not used in a previous page(S13); supplying a developer planed in a corresponding page(S14); stopping a supply of the developer when a developing operation of the corresponding page is terminated(S15); checking whether there are next print pages(S16); and terminating a print operation when there are not next print pages. |
