The present invention relates a penazacilline containing compound, a device including the same, and a mixture. The compound includes ligand L1. The La includes the following chemical formula I. E1 is N; E2 is Si; R4 and R5 indicate mono-substitution, di-substitution, tri-substitution, or fourth-substitution or non-substitution. Each of R1, R2, R3, the R4, and the R5 are independently selected from hydrogen, heavy hydrogen, halide, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carbonyl, carboxylic acid, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino and a group composed of a combination thereof. The arbitrary two adjoining R1, R2, R3, R4, and the R5 are randomly joined and forms a loop, and the loop can be additionally substituted. L1 can be coordinately bonded with metal M of which the atomic weight is larger than 40, however, the metal M is not joined to the E1 and the E2. The L1 can be joined to other ligand.
