The floating structure with an ultrasonic cleaner according to the present invention may comprise a main body floating on the water; a leg for vertically penetrating the leg well of the main body; a leg support part for supporting the leg by relatively moving the leg with the main body in a vertical direction and having a driving device for lifting or lowering the leg or the main body; an ultrasonic cleaner in a groove part on the inner wall of the leg well; a generator for generating power by converting the rotatory power corresponding to the vertical movement of the leg into electric power; and a power supply line connected to a gap between the generator and the ultrasonic cleaner.</p>
