PURPOSE: A pipe spool production management system and a control method thereof are provided to reduce the occurrence of malfunction by reducing the confusion of site work by checking raw material and progress states. CONSTITUTION: A design management terminal(1) inputs and stores design information for pipe spool production. A purchase management terminal(2) inputs and stores order information about a pipe spool. A material management terminal(3) inputs and stores information about raw materials. A control unit(7) selects a pipe spool manufactured by using secured raw materials based on the order information, design information, and process information.
