The technical challenges of the present invention is to solve a problem caused by frictional force generated by the contact between an existing holder and a guide rail, reduce costs required for manufacture, improve productivity, and provide another shape and/or material for a guide rail and a holder used as a transport means of a scanner head. To solve the technical challenges, the present invention provides a transport means of a scanner head, the transport means comprising: a guide rail; a holder which is in contact with the guide rail to slide; and a head support part to which the holder and the scanner head are fixated to be combined, wherein the guide rail is made of a board and includes at least one bent part in a cross-section perpendicular to a length direction. A transport means of a scanner head and a guide rail manufacturing method according to the present invention can reduce the total power consumption of a product by reducing power required for movement in comparison with conventional surface contact because line contact between a guide rail and a holder is made when the holder moves along the guide rail, and reduce noise caused by frictional force generated between the guide rail and the holder during the movement. Also, by providing a guide rail having another shape according to the present invention, there are effects that lightweight type guide rail can be manufactured, costs required for manufacture can be reduced, and productivity and efficiency of mass production can be improved by enabling production by press working. |
