The present invention relates to a manual hydraulic pump. Oil is transferred by being pressed due to shaking of an operation lever, and a pressure releasing pin is operated due to reciprocating movements of the operation lever. The pressed oil can be returned to an oil storage unit due to the operation of the operation lever. Therefore, the mutual hydraulic pump which is more conveniently controlled is provided.
