PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and the like capable of effectively suppressing noises even with respect to a color edge while suppressing deterioration in a sense of resolution. SOLUTION: The image processing device has: a noise suppression part 2 which suppresses RGB Bayer pattern image data for every RGB channel with a noise suppression amount H to calculate RHGHBH Bayer pattern image data and suppresses the RGB Bayer pattern for at least G channel with a noise suppression amount L (L<H) to calculate image data GL; a color difference calculation part 43 for calculating color difference data RH-GH at a position of RH and color difference data BH-GH at a position of BH on the basis of the RHGHBH Bayer pattern image data; and a band limit interpolation part 44 and an RGB calculation part 45 for calculating R, G, B image data at each pixel position on the basis of the color difference data RH-GH, BH-GH and the image data GL.
