PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that arrangement accuracy of a two-dimensional array element and a coupling lens is insufficient due to variation in soldering in a multicolor image forming apparatus or the like in which the two-dimensional array element used as a light source is housed in a ceramic package or the like having a lead frame and directly soldered on a circuit substrate, although a high speed can be obtained without increasing the rotation speed of a polygon scanner which is a deflection means using the two-dimensional array element (vertical cavity surface emitting semiconductor laser array: VCSEL). SOLUTION: In the multibeam light source apparatus, the light source means in which the two-dimensional array element is housed in the package is mounted on the circuit board, a supporting member to support the circuit board and a supporting member to support the coupling lens 202 are prepared, and a fitting part is formed on both the supporting members so that both the supporting members can be turned to each other at a position where the optical axis of the coupling lens 202 passes through nearly the center of the two-dimensional array element.
