The present invention provides a boiler for vessels displaying an excellent effect on energy savings by promoting a reduction in fuel consumption by a combustion boiler through a combined boiler (7) that combines a combustion boiler (5) with formation of a combustion chamber (3) inside between an upper part header (1) and a lower part header (2) for connection to multiple water pipe groups (4); and an exhaust heat recovery boiler (6) for main instruments by allowing an exhaust gas from main instruments to flow on a outer face of the water pipes to perform heat recovery. In addition, by connecting an exhaust heat recovery boiler for auxiliary instruments (8) to recover heat from an exhaust gas from the auxiliary instruments with the combined boiler (7) for communication of boiler water, steam generated from the exhaust heat recovery boiler for auxiliary instruments (8) is made to be supplied to the instruments using the steam through the upper part header (1) of the combined boiler (7) for effective use of the exhaust heat from the auxiliary instruments, allowing cutbacks of fuel consumption by the combustion boiler.
