<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controller for vehicles that makes it possible to enhance the reliability of generator status signals. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage controller includes: voltage controlling means that connects and disconnects a switching transistor 114 connected in series with the field winding 21 of a vehicle generator 2 and thereby controls the output voltage of the vehicle generator 2 or the terminal voltage of a battery 3 connected to the vehicle generator 2; a number-of-revolutions detection circuit 12 and the like that measure the status of the vehicle generator and generate a generator status signal; an averaging circuit 17 that averages generator status signals generated by the number-of-revolutions detection circuit 12 and the like; and a communication control circuit 18 that outputs a generator status signal averaged by the averaging circuit 17 to a vehicle-side controller 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
