<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function of inhibiting noises generated between a reaction part of a caliper and a back plate of an outer pad during braking. <P>SOLUTION: In a movable caliper disk brake device, the reaction part 14 of the caliper 10 has a plurality of pawls 14a, 14b arranged opposite to the back plate 52a of the outer pad 52, and surface forming elements (plates 16, 17) having flat surfaces 16a, 17a for contacting with a rear surface of the back plate 52a of the outer pad 52 are separately fixed to the respective pawls 14a, 14b. During braking, one of the plates 16, 17 is not pressed by the plurality of pawls 14a, 14b and the respective plates 16, 17 are pressed by the respective pawls 14a, 14b. Accordingly, the respective plates 16, 17 are hardly affected by manufacturing errors of the other pawls 14b, 14a and exert the expected function of inhibiting noise generation during braking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
