<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating apparatus that can cook rice by inductively heating a pot in accordance with a rice cooking sequence by an inverter to achieve consecutive rice cooking after a rice cooking action is completed at a short time interval. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cooking action can be achieved by a control means 4 that inductively heats the pot 1 by supplying alternating current to a coil 2 by the inverter 3, activates a fan motor 11 by a fan motor activating means 10, cools the inverter 3 by a fan 14, and outputs an activation signal to the inverter 3 in accordance with the rice cooking sequence. The open/close of a cover 6 that covers the pot 1 in an openable/closable manner is detected by a cover open/close detecting means 9 and the open/close of the cover 6 detected by the cover open/close detecting means 9 is determined by determination means 8. The determination means 8 outputs the activation signal to the fan motor activating means 10 to rotate the fan motor 11 when the cover open/close detecting means 9 detects that the cover 6 is open after determination means 8 receives a rice cooking completion detecting signal which is output by a rice cooking completion detecting means 7 that detects the completion of the rice cooking action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
