<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve the front brightness of the light emitting device by forwardly emitting light from the light emitting device by a light reflection hill. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission substrate is prepared. A first light emitting chip array(101) includes a light emitting chip(100) which is directly mounted on the power transmission substrate. A second light emitting chip array(102) includes the light emitting chip which is directly mounted on the power transmission substrate. A light reflection hill(210,220) is located on the power transmission substrate between the first light emitting chip array and the second light emitting chip array and reflects light from the light emitting chip. An encapsulating material(250) covers the first light emitting chip array, the light reflection hill and the second light emitting chip array.</p> |
