<p>Provided is a semiconductor device capable of supplementing a driving force of a driving circuit with regard to a large loading line and suppressing the increase in current consumption and a circuit area. According to one side of the present invention, provided is the semiconductor device which includes: a plurality of driving object lines; a plurality of column selection line drivers for driving the corresponding driving object line with a logic level which corresponds to the driving object selection lines; a plurality of booster enable units which generate a booster enable signal by sensing the activation of the driving object lines which are grouped into the certain number; and a plurality of self-boosters for boosting the corresponding driving object line by sensing the level of the corresponding driving object line in response to the corresponding booster enable signal.
