The light emitting rubber block emits light with electricity converted by using collected sunlight and does not waste energy by sensing illuminance and pressure and controlling irradiation. The present invention also prevents safety accidents by lighting around pedestrians when the pedestrians walk on the light emitting rubber block when the ambient illuminance is low.
