Disclosed is a mold for injection molding of thin plate products, which is capable of molding large area thin plate products without on a large capacity mold for injection molding which has a high clamp force. The mold for injection molding of thin plate shaped products comprises: a lower plate; an upper plate located on the lower plate; a gate which is supported by the lower plate, and to which molten resin flowing in from the outside is discharged; and a lower core in which a cavity filled with the molten resin is formed at the upper side; and an upper core which is supported by the upper plate and closely adheres to the upper side of the lower core and or is separated from the upper side of the lower core. The boundary surface between the lower core and the upper core is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane.
