The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and, specifically, to a heat exchanger which comprises a pair of header tanks at a predetermined space from each other; a plurality of tubes with both ends connected between the pair of header tanks; and an inner fin inside the tubes. The present invention prevents the tubes from being deformed by high pressure supercharging air, which flows and cools in the tubes, by fixing both sides of the inner fin using beads on both inner sides of the tubes; and improves heat exchanging efficiency between the supercharging air and the inner fin.
