PURPOSE: A promotion apparatus and a method thereof are provided to provide a coupon according to the amount of promotion by proposing a list of a mission achievement degree and essential elements for mission achievement. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(30) receives data from a mobile terminal. If a mission is achieved by providing a promotion, the communication unit transmits data to the mobile terminal. A user data storage unit(70) stores the data which is received from the communication unit. A control unit(50) includes a mission generator(51) which generates a mission based on the data of the user data storage unit. A user profile storage unit(71) stores a user profile. A mission achievement storage unit(73) stores a rate of achieved mission. An application purchase storage unit(75) stores the kind of application which is purchased in the mobile terminal.
