The present invention relates to a device for detecting fluorescence in skins. Particularly, the present invention relates to a device for detecting fluorescence in skins capable of accurately measuring the amount of fluorescence discharged from the light sensitive material or self-organization material of a skin tissue. Exciting light is vertically emitted to the skin tissue. The fluorescence wavelength emitted by the light sensitive material or self-organization material of the skin tissue irradiated with the exciting light is concentrated at a fluorescence detection unit and kept in a space at the same time. Therefore, the amount of fluorescence is accurately measured and the safety of fluorescence measurement is improved.
