The present invention relates to a display device with an integrated touch screen including a panel with multiple electrodes divided to the group of n (n is a fixed number more than 2), a display driver integrated circuit (IC) with a driving mode of panel that authorizes a common voltage to the group of the divided n as described and with a touch driving mode which respectively authorizes the touch scan signals or the common voltage of the group of the divided n; and a touch IC creating the touch scan signals and is authorized to display driver IC.
