A close loop control fuel injection method obtains an injection quantity and an injection timing by calculating a heat release rate (HRR) from a combustion pressure signal of a combustion pressure sensor after injecting a relevant fuel amount of a pilot at a warm up state of an engine. By regulating the injection quantity and the injection timing to follow a command value, the inaccuracy of closed loop calibration and the danger of exceeding emission (EM) regulations, occurring simply using a combustion pressure diagram, can be completely removed through a previously defined stable condition.
