The present invention provides a movable foothold device including a body unit; a foothold unit hinged to one end of the body unit; a clamp unit for fixing the body unit to a support member in a work field by being formed on the other end of the body unit; and a stopper unit controlling the rotation of the foothold unit so that the foothold unit and the body unit can be supported at a predetermined angle.
