The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus with a guide roller and discloses a transfer apparatus with a guide roller which comprises: rotary shafts provided to be parallel to each other and rotatably arranged; a pair of transfer rollers arranged at a regular interval, wherein at least one between the transfer rollers is rotated by external drive force; a transfer belt which has an contact area thereon contacted with the transfer rollers, surrounds the transfer rollers and forms a caterpillar shape by having transfer and return paths in between the pair of transfer rollers; a transfer roller provided with a shape extended from both sides to the upper part for corresponding to the width of the transfer belt in the moving direction of the transfer belt; and a guide roller that is disposed near the front side of the transfer roller and spaced a predetermined permitted distance from the widthwise end of the transfer belt and which guides the transfer roller toward the transfer direction by being selectively contacted with the transfer roller for preventing the transfer roller from breaking away from a transfer path before being contacted with the transfer roller.
