FIELD: textiles. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of repulping a material, mainly based on paper and /or cardboard, for subsequent supply of the ready material, such as fibrous paper pulp, wood wool or analogous substances, for carrying out further operations, for example, in the zone for its use as per designation, for intermediate storing, transporting or other procedures. Method of repulping mainly materials from paper or cardboard employs a pulper, which is fitted in the first chamber for processing materials, which are to be pulped, a knife unit, located in the chamber and rotating around the axis of rotation. Due to the rotation of the knife unit the material to be processed passes through preliminarily, in relation to the pulping, processing by the first knife block, belonging to the knife unit, after which it pulping is carried out by the second knife block, belonging to the knife unit, and then the material is passed through the mesh filter unit, interacting with the knife unit, in the second chamber the breaker for moving the finished material further through the outlet hatch of the breaker with the aim of further processing. Material to be pulped is first preliminarily processed by the first knife block, which consists of, at least two components and/or placed in the supply hatch such that it allows for preliminary processing, in essence of all of the material supplied to the breaker, after which the pulping of the material takes place, forcing it to go through the blades, getting into the second knife block and placed with equal displacement and overlapping, where the blade thickness is 5-20 mm. ^ EFFECT: invention reduces capital investment and power consumption, increases operational reliability and simplifies traditional equipment. ^ 14 cl, 4 dwg |
