The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an aluminum tube, which is a first original material, by melting an aluminum ingot, comprising: a step for a cylindrical forming frame which corresponds to a size of the aluminum tube to be casted wherein a batten base, which is ascended and descended, is installed inside the forming frame; a step for installing a sand core in the center of the batten base, which is positioned inside the forming frame; a step for pouring a molten metal to the forming frame through a molten metal pouring crucible, which is installed in one side of the forming frame; and a step for cool-casting the molten metal, which is poured into the forming frame, since a coolant is provided through a cooling system, which is installed in the outer circumferential surface of the forming frame, while the batten base is descended at the speed of 3 m/30-40 minutes. The aluminum tube is formed since other sand cores are arranged on top of each other repeatedly at the upper part of a sand core, which is installed in the batten base, before the upper part of the sand core is descended in comparison with the top horizontal line of the forming frame. |
